PURPOSE:To form static pressure mud which prevents uneven hardening and edge sagging of a belt-like material by providing a moving nozzle part aobve a stationary nozzle part and adjusting the space between the slits thereof in the transverse direction of the material by the advance and retreat of the moving nozzle part. CONSTITUTION:A guide plate 9 is installed to long sides 18, 18' intersecting orthogonally with the sheet passing through direction in the central part of the space of a picture frame-shaped nozzle frame body and two stationary slits 13 parallel with each other are provided orthogonally with the sheet passing through direction to form a stationary nozzle part R. Space parts 14, 14' for allowing passage of gas are provided between sides 19 and 19' in parallel with the sheet passing through direction. A polygonal plate 11 formed to a loop shape having a slope 11' is provided to the plate 9. The plate 11 and a flat plate 10 are combined to form a movable parallel slit 15 and movable side slits 16, 16', thereby constituting a moving nozzle part S. The part S is advanced and retreated by an advancing and retreating device 12 so as to meet the width of a belt-like material and to adjust the space between the slits 16 and 16' to a desired size, by which the static pressure mud having a desired width is formed. |
