The cold water supply of the system and the hot water tap supply line are both connected to the heating circuit formed by the supply line and the return line, and have an incorporated non-return valve. The heating circuit medium being drinking water, means that the central heating boiler, also functions as geyser and has only one heat exchanger. The boiler (1) has a lameller block heat exchanger (2) and burner (3) connected to gas supply (4) with regulating valve (5). From the heat exchanger runs a supply line (6) to a space heater returns to the heat exchanger.
