发明名称 WELDING GUN DRIVING DEVICE OF INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To widen range of action of wrist mechanism and make the device small and light by placing a driving cylinder in a tubular shaft. CONSTITUTION:A welding gun 18 is driven by turning of an output shaft 9a through a flange 10, a tubular shaft 13 and a fitting stand 16. In regard to pressing action of movable electrode of the welding gun to an object to be welded, an operation rod 20a is moved in axial direction by leading compressed air from a pipe 20b. Then, an operation shaft 18a taper fitted to the operation rod 20a is driven, and the movable electrode presses the object to be welded. On the other hand, in the case where the welding gun 18 is positioned to the object to be welded, the tubular shaft 13 turns. However, as the driving cylinder 20 is positioned in the tubular shaft 13, interference between the tubular shaft 13 and object to be welded is considered only at the pipe 20b part, and thus, the range of action of the welding gun 18 is widened.
