PURPOSE:To manufacture a seal bellows having a desired shape by using a unified-type female die instead of a partition-type female die for performing press forming, in forming a U-wave-shaped bellows having a large radius. CONSTITUTION:In forming a U-wave-shaped bellows having a large radius, outside and inside seal bellows 12, 18 are formed by using a unified-type female die. An outside-bellows forming die is formed by welding a male die 2 and a female die 1 to bases 5, 8 through auxiliary ribs 9, 10, and the bellows 12 is formed by pressing a previously bent blank material 4 of bellows between the dies 1 and 2 by a lowering pressure 11. An inside-bellows forming die having the same construction as that of the outside one and a radius of curvature of the inverse direction, is used for forming the bellows 18. By this method, a seal bellows having a large radius is press-formed by a unified-type female die.
