A sanitary product is prepared from a copolymer of 75-95 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5-25 parts of ethylacrylate, and less than 1 mole % peroxide such as benzoic peroxide or di-tertbutyl peroxide, through solidification for 15-30 hrs. at 75-85≦̸C. It is then molded to have concavo-convex rear surface. Adhesion with unsaturated polyester such as di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate, dinonyl phthalate, di(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, dibutyl phthalate, or their mixture, attaches a networked glass-fiber cloth, and the tool is coated with unsaturated polyester.
