PURPOSE:To attain a charged TV system even in unidirectional transmission system by receiving charging information in response to the time viewing a TV program and the content of the program, storing it at each prescribed time and reading and displaying it as required. CONSTITUTION:A TV signal transmitted from a DBS center 11 is received by a receiver 16 via a broadcast satellite 13. An intermediate frequency demodulation unit 19 converts an input signal into a signal of base band. When a charged program is received, a data processing circuit 20 writes a charge in response to a viewing time according to the charge data superimposed in the blanking period of the video signal and displays as required on a CRT17.
