摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the dynamic loss by installing a check valve into a suction passage and sealing the working fluid compressed in the preceding process into a groove formed onto a rotor and allowing said working fluid to be jetted into a working chamber which communicates to a suction passage, thus increasing the pressure in the working chamber. CONSTITUTION:The working fluid compressed in a working chamber 53 is sealed into a groove 50 at the minor-axis part B where the peripheral surface of a rotor 43 contacts with a cam surface 41 in slidable ways as the rotor 43 revolves, and then jetted into the working chamber 53 which communicates to a suction passage 37. Therefore, the fluid pressure in the working chamber 53 increases, and the force for pressing a vane 51 in the reverse-revolution direction in reduced. In other words, since a flapper valve for suppressing the counterflow of the fluid in the working chamber 53 into a suction port is installed into the suction passage 37 for the communication between the working chamber 53 and the suction port, the fluid pressure in the working chamber 53 increases as the fluid in the groove 50 jets-out, and the pressure for pressing the vane 51 in the reverse-revolution direction is reduced. Therefore, the revolution resisting force and the dynamic loss of the rotor 43 reduced, and the efficiency can be improved.
