PURPOSE:To eliminate the content of gelatinous materials, prevent the occurrence of broken fibers and reduce the coefficient of variation in fineness, by dissolving an acrylonitrile based polymer in a solvent, adjusting the spinning solution to a specific viscosity range, and filtering the adjusted spinning solution through a filter medium having a specific filtration accuracy value or above. CONSTITUTION:An acrylonitrile based polymer is dissolved in a solvent, e.g. DMF, to give a spinning solution, which is then adjusted to 30-200 poises viscosity range and filtered through a filter medium having >=30mu filtration accuracy to prepare the aimed spinning solution. EFFECT:Fibrous assemblies of fine denier can be obtained by application of a high draw ratio, and the spinning property is stable even by use of a nozzle of small hole diameter.
