PURPOSE:To stabilize a magnetic bearing device without failing in reduction of the whole device by forming a portion of a magnetic body that is also used for a passage for magnetic flux of an induction motor with laminating magnetic material to restrain the generation of an eddy current. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic pole 41 mounted at the central part of a yoke 6 is formed by laminating magnetic material where a plurality of circular plates 42 made of material having high magnetic permeability insulating each other are axially stacked in plural layers. The magnetic pole 41 is used both as a passage for magnetic flux for supporting magnetism of a cylinder 2 and a passage for magnetic flux of an induction motor 25. This arrangement can enhance the effective resistance value of the magnetic pole 41 used as a passage for magnetic flux for an eddy current. |
