PURPOSE:To make possible molding with an inexpensive wood or plaster mold and easy to color and glaze, etc. molded articles by a method wherein forming films are attracted to the surface of granular material solidified by binder in a specified shape to form a mold. CONSTITUTION:The inner part in a space partitioned by the wood or plaster master pattern 1 and the upper frame body 4 is charged with granular material 8 containing binder to solidify the mixed material. The flexible forming films 9, 29 are adsorbed to the surface of the granular material 8, 28 solidified by the binder in a specified shape to mold two molds U, D. Fibrous reinforcement 12 having a shape similar to a product is set to one mold D and then the other mold U is assembled with the mold D to partition the product cavity 12. Liquid cold-setting resin is injected into the product cavity 12 and hardened and then the adsorption of the forming films 9, 29 to the surface of the granular material 8, 28 is released to separate the molds U, D from each other. Then, unnecessary sections are removed from the molded article and the forming films also are peeled off.
