CONSTITUTION:A new wine having an alcohol content of 25-45% is charged to the ceramic bottle 1 having cylindrical kick 2, and high-voltage arc is generated by the electrodes 4A, 4B in the kick 2 of the bottle 1 using a Th.W alloy as a target 6 to release thermions from the Th.W alloy 6. The aging of the wine to a mellow wine can be accelerated by the thermal action and the photo-electric action of the near infrared radiation generated by the thermions.
