PURPOSE:To enhance the anti-wear property of a blade by applying low carbon and high chromium non-martensite stainless steel to the surface of a substrate metal comprising a steel material by build-up welding. CONSTITUTION:A blade main body 2 formed of SC46 is attached to a rotor shaft by welding 3. A SUS304 wire is melted to be applied to the blade main body 2 by build-up welding so as to scan the surface of said main body 2 to form a surface layer 4. By this method, the Cr and Ni equivalents in SUS304 are properly diluted and reduced to form a composition of a martensite stainless steel region and a martensite structure is formed in the surface layer 4 after cooling. |
