PURPOSE:To increase capacity of accumulation, reproduction and edition of voice and data information by adding weight to information of higher priority order and writing or reading in a composite file. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 11 transmits message such as voice or data information etc. to a subscriber of other side through an exchanger 12 and immediate transmission is not possible due to speaking or absence of the subscriber of the other side, a message controlling device 13 detects vacancy and occupancy of rotation of a composite accumulating device 15, and connects to an vacant circuit and seds out instruction of writing in the composite accumulating device 15 to a controlling device 21. When a filled buffer is found in buffers in the state of writing, the content of the buffer is written immediately in a composite file 18. When a vacant buffer is found in buffers in the state of reading, next message is read immediately from the composite file 18 and written in the buffer. |
