发明名称 ALLOY POWDER FOR FORMING DISPERSION-STRENGTHENING ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide alloy powder for molding a dispersion-strengthening alloy as a raw material for a product having excellent mechanical properties such as strength, elongation, etc. by powdering an alloy consisting of an easily oxidizable metal which is formed a solid solution with a relatively hardly oxidizable metal to a specific grain size by a water atomizing method in an inert gaseous atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Al which is relatively easily oxidizable with Cu mixed at 0.1- 1.5wt% with Cu which is relatively hardly oxidizable with Al and the mixture is melted and formed a solid solution. The melt of such alloy is ground by a water atomizing method in an inert gaseous atmosphere to form <=300mum powder of which >=70% is <=50mum. Powder consiting of Cu2O having 1-2mum average grain size is mixed with such alloy powder and the mixture is hermetically closed in an inert gaseous atmosphere and is heated for 1hr at 950 deg.C, by which the powder mixture is internally oxidized. The Cu2O is reduced to Cu by Al and the Al is oxidized to Al2O3. The alloy powder for forming a dispersion-strengthening alloy which is dispersion-strengthened by Al2O3 as a raw material for various Cu products is thus obtd.
