PURPOSE:To eliminate the waste that additional information on a date, etc., is recorded on every page by recording the additional information on a specific page among gathered objects to be copied simultaneously with original information. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-crystal display part 26 is arranged under an original glass table 2 and a ten-key is operated to display characters of a date, etc., selected according to an address of a code table. When a toner image transferred to a form is fixed and the form is pressed in each bin 77 of a sorter 76 in page order, a central processor performs control so as to record additional information of the display part 26 on only the copy image on the 1st page. Therefore, when plural copies of every originals are taken, the additional information is recorded on only one sheet of each group of copies, so the waste of the repetitive recording of the same additional information is prevented. |
