PURPOSE:To make an ejecting device compact and safe by placing a carriage for ejecting a casting mold on the frame of said device, providing a mounting carriage on the rails in the upper part of the carriage and connecting a motor with a reduction gear and the respective above-mentioned carriages via a transmission mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a molded casting mold 20A is pushed out and detached from a lower metallic mold 52, a carriage 4 for ejection is traversed by the operation of a motor 5 with a reduction gear. A fork carriage 7 starts also traversing on the carriage 4. When the carriage 4 stops at the right end of the rail 3, a fork 14 advances under the mold 20A and places the mold 20A on the fork 14. Then the carriage 4 is traversed leftward from a molding machine 50 and the mold 20A on the fork 14 is moved and ejected together with the carriage 7 to the position 20B and thereafter the carriage 7 continues to traverse toward the left side of the carriage 4, thereby ejecting the casting mold to the position 20C. The ejecting device is thus made compact and safe. |
