PURPOSE:To ensure transit of equipment to a guard system and release and also to prevent waste power supply by information start and end of a prolonged running also to a prescribed destination. CONSTITUTION:When a release switch in a designation switch 8 is turned off, the presence of a new fault of equipment is discriminated based on an equipment state signal. When no new fault exists, the propriety of a characteristic value from a sensor is checked directly. When the characteristic value is within the permissible range, the presence of generation of new fault is discriminated immediately. When the fault is a new fault, the content of a fault memory is transmitted to an informing means 6 so as to start the informing operation. When no fault exists, the presence of a prolonged running start flag is checked, and when the flag exists, the prolonged running start is outputted to the informing means 6 so as to start the informing operation. When no flag exists, the presence of the prolonged running end flag is checked immediately, and if the flag exists, the end of prolonged running is outputted to the informing means so as to start the informing operation. |
