摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust easily an optical axis of an optical beam by adjusting a displacement of an optical beam generating means, a condensing lens and a modulator so that the optical beam is detected by an optical axis adjusting device prepared in advance. CONSTITUTION:Optical beam optical axis adjusting devices 160, 170 and 180, and a modulated optical axis adjusting device 180a are fitted successively into each fitting hole formed in advance on a base 33 of an optical system part 5. As a result, optical axes 51a-51d through which an optical beam advances are set easily by an optical fiber 166, an optical transmitting hole and an optical fiber 188 of the optical beam optical axis adjusting devices 160, 170 and 180, and optical fibers 188a, 189a of the modulated optical axis adjusting device 180a. When the first reflection mirror 52, a lens 40, the second reflection mirror 57 and a modulator 41 are brought to a displacement adjustment and fixed to the base 33 so that the optical beam transmits through these optical fibers and optical transmitting hole, the optical axis of the optical beam is adjusted easily.
