PURPOSE:To multilayer-mold a rubber molded product with uniform boundary surfaces by molding one layer rubber material in a mold, preparatorily vulcanizing the material, bringing a non-vulcanizing rubber material having a different property into contact with a predetermined section and co-vulcanizing the non- vulcanizing rubber material. CONSTITUTION:A partial top force 4 is combined with the upper section of a mold proper 2, and a non-vulcanizing rubber material is charged into a mold 6 for a pot in the upper section of the partial top force 4 and injected and filled into a cavity, thus manufacturing a partial product section 15. A non-vulcanizing rubber A in said cavity 8 is vulcanized preparatorily, and the shape of the partial product section is stabilized. The partial top force 4 is released, a partial top force 10 is combined, and a non-vulcanizing rubber, which can be co-vulcanized with the non-vulcanizing rubber A constituting said partial product section 15 but has different elasticity, hardness, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, color tone, etc., is charged into a mold 6' for a pot mounted to the upper section of the partial top force 10, and filled into the cavity, thus co-vulcanizing partial product sections 16, 17. |
