PURPOSE:To provide the titled recorder capable of printing the details of refundment in the same manner as in a ticket-issuing operation even in a refunding operation, wherein items required for subsequent processing are printed on a refundment application blank of the same size as that of a purchase application blank by a printing mechanism of a transfer device. CONSTITUTION:Predetermined items B are written in the refundment application blank P1, and the blank P1 is set into a blank-inserting port 17 of a commutation ticket issuing machine together with a commutation ticket A, then conditions are set through a station name setting button part 12 and a condition-setting button part 13, and a starting button is depressed. The sum of refund is calculated by a controlling circuit part, a memory part or the like in the machine, and is displayed on a CRT14, while the ticket number (a), the presence or absence (c) of refundment fee, refundment conditions (d), the kind (e) of ticket and the sum of refund (f) for the ticket A to be refunded are printed at a recording part 2' in the blank P1 by a printing mechanism of a numbering device 16. |
