PURPOSE:To raise an adhesive strength of a magnetic head by forming in advance a width of a slider wider than a width of the time of use, also forming a glass or an adhesive agent receiver slit, and cutting the slider to a width of the time of use after the adhesion. CONSTITUTION:A read/write core 30 used exclusively for read/write, which is positioned in the center consists of three parts 301, 302 and 303, and 301 and 302, and 303 are formed by MnZn ferrite, and ceramics, respectively. An erasing core 20 and 40 used exclusively for erasing a data are placed on both sides of the read/write core 30, respectively. A slider 10 is shaped roughly like a rectangular parallelepiped, and a glass or a long groove 12 used for an adhesive agent receiver is formed on the end face opposed to the erasing core 20. Each member 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 is placed, and a molten glass or a resin adhesive agent is poured in between each member. After the glass or the adhesive agent has been hardened, cutting parts 14, 15, 56 and 57 are cut along cutting lines 18, 58, 19 and 59. |
