PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of dislocation by notching, by press, coordinate marks for collating mutual positions during overlapping on edge sections or their mating positions of multiple press-molded sheet metal members constituting a car body. CONSTITUTION:The body shell of a car is constituted by assembling main component parts together. The main component parts are constituted by overlap ping, mating, and combining multiple press-molded sheet metal parts (work). In this case, a take-in punch 31 is buried on the lower mold 32 of a mold 31 so that a coordinate mark Mc can be notched at each tip reference place on the line of outer periphery flanges (Fa, Fb) of a work W or at an important position related to the mating part when the upper mold 33 is lowered for bending the work W. Three types (a)-(c) for this mark Mc are prepared depending on positions to be notched, and positioning can be performed by utilizing these marks. |
