PURPOSE:A multilocular soft capsule agent, obtained by dividing the interior of a soft capsule with a partition film, capable of incorporating stably even with incompatible drugs, and having improved effect such as an enteric part of one soft capsule agent and the other disintegrable in the intestines, etc. CONSTITUTION:A multilocular soft capsule agent obtained by dividing the interior of an oval soft capsule formed by the upper film (1a) and the lower film (1b) into two chambers with a partition film 2. A drug (3a) is filled in the upper chamber consisting of the upper film (1a) and the partition film 2, and a drug (3b) is filled in the lower chamber consisting of the lower film (1b) and the partition film 2. Incompatible drugs are separated by the partition film 2, and can be stably incorporated in one soft capsule agent. Part of the one soft capsule agent is enteric, and the other part is disintegrable in the intestines. Alternatively, the capsule can be partially rapid acting, and the other part can be slow acting. The aimed soft capsule agent can be produced by applying the conventional plate method, etc. for the soft capsule agent.
