PURPOSE:To prevent dust, etc. from invading into the inside by constituting a bearing part of a half case, of a groove part to which a revolving shaft of a front cover is fitted, and by which the inside part of the half case does not communicate to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A circular groove part 7 to which a revolving shaft 5 of a front cover 4 is fitted is formed by combining semicircular recessed parts 7a, 7b formed on the upper half and the lower half. As for these recessed parts 7a, 7b, the upper face and the front are opened, and wall 8 is provided on the circumferential edge of the opening part of the front. That is to say, as for the revolving shaft 5 of the front cover 4, a large diameter part 5a of the tip is held by the inside face of the recessed parts 7a, 7b, and the root part is held by the circumferential end face of the wall 8. Also, in this bearing part, the inside and the outside of a half case 1 are off by a botom wall 9 of the recessed parts 7a, 7b. Accordingly, the inside and the outside do not communicate to each other through the bearing part.
