PURPOSE:To reduce number of manufacturing processes and cost largely by alternately piling up moving blades formed from a flat plate by plastic processing and ring type spacers and by forming a rotor by combining and integrating the blades and spacers by a stacking bolts. CONSTITUTION:Moving blades 1 made of titanium alloy etc. and formed from a disc which is a raw material through plastic processing and spacers 2 made of aluminum alloy are piled up alternately with an end plate 5 in the lowermost stage. In this time, centering of the moving blades 1 and spacers 2 is performed with a jig by utilizing the inner circumferential faces of holes 6 of the spacers 2 and the inner circumferential faces of holes 7 drilled in the center portions of the moving blades 1. And stacking bolts 3 are arranged to pass through bolt holes 8, 9 provided on the spacers 2 and screwed in the screw holes of the end plate 5. Nuts 4 are inserted in the bolts 3 and the above all components are clamped to produce a rotor. Then the part, to be machined, of the portion constructing the rotor can extremely be reduced and manufacturing cost is also reduced largely.
