PURPOSE:To decrease vibration loss by applying silver paste included with minute glass particles to positive and negative electrodes, opposing piezoelectric materials, heating and bonding them and connecting them with a silver electrode so as to incorporate them. CONSTITUTION:Silver paste 21, 22 included with glass minute particles is applied to both faces of the piezoelectric ceramic element 1, the elements are laminated while the silver paste 21 and 22 are opposed to each other and a slight pressure is applied axially. The silver paste is not coated on the entire face but a slight non-coating part 1' is provided to a position opposed to a lead wire connecting part so as to leave a small space at the opposite side of the lead wire connecting part of the electrodes 21, 22. The assembly is heated to a temperature at which the glass in the silver paste is molten in this state so as to bond strongly the piezoelectric element 1 and the silver electrode. The electrodes 21 are soldered with a lead wire 23 and the electrodes 22 are soldered with a lead wire 24 so as to connect the electrodes of the entire piezoelectric element in parallel with the polarities electrically and connected in cascade mechanically. |
