The anodes of the first and second diodes D1, D2 are connected with the negative electrode of a DC power source E. Further, the anode of the third diode D3 is connected with the finishing end of the winding Nc, and the positive electrode of the power source E is connected with the cathode of the diode D3. Further, the anode of the fourth diode D4 is connected with the starting end of the clamp winding Nc and the finishing end of the primary winding N1 of the drive transformer T2 is connected with the cathode of the diode D4. The storage time shortening circuit S is composed by the ON of the diode D2.
