PURPOSE:To prevent the insulating strength from decreasing due to high pressure by coating flexible varnish which has 20kg/mm.<2> of Young's modulus of cured film on an irregularly wound coil made of a conductor strand of round enameled wire. CONSTITUTION:A round enameled wire which has an enemel layer of esterimide and amideimide double structure having 50mum of thickness and wound with double glass having 0.25mm. of thickness of glass winding layers on the outer periphery is used as a conductor strand 2. After the irregularly wound coil of such a conductor strand is wound in core slots, the coil is dipped in varnish which is dissolved in Swasol (SW-200) solvent produced by mixing alkyd isophthalate and modified phenyl alkyd by 1:1, treated through the prescribed drying step, and coated with curable film having approx. 10kg/mm.<2> of Young's modulus at room temperature to complete the prescribed coil. |
