<p>PURPOSE:To enable operation in an extremely cold place by providing a flow passage of a heat medium for heating the digestion liquid in a methane fermentation tank to a gas piping connecting the methane fermentation tank, gas tank and gas boiler and providing a cooler provided with a means for exhausting condensed water. CONSTITUTION:The digestion liquid 4 in a methane fermentation tank 1 is heated to a specified temp. by the operation of a gas boiler 6 and a heat exchanger 3 and the fermentation gas emitted from a gas take-out port 10 in the tank 1 contains the moisture under satd. steam pressure at the digestion liquid temp. When the fermentation gas enters the inside of a cooler 12 provided with means for exhausting condensed water, the gas is cooled down to the outdoor air temp. and the water above the moisture under the satd. steam pressure of the outdoor air temp. condenses on the inside surface of the cooler 12. The condensed water flowing downward through the port 10 and recirculating to the inside of the tank 1 is expelled. The fermentation gas contg. only the moisture under the satd. steam pressure of the outdoor air temp. is supplied to a gas piping 7 through a connecting port 11 for gas piping.</p> |
