PURPOSE:To enable a heating with a proper calory corresponding to a volume of cooking and kind of cooking to be performed by a method wherein when a predetermined temperature is reached, the condition is informed by an informing means, a solenoid valve is closed and the volume of gas is varied to be set by a gas volume variable means. CONSTITUTION:A safety valve 3 is opened by depressing and rotating a knob 8, a switch 10 is turned ON, and a power supply 12 is fed to a control circuit 11, resulting in that a burner 1 is ignited with an igniter 13. Then, the igniter 13 is stopped with a signal from a flam sensor 17, the safety valve 3 keeps its opened condition to continue the combustion. When a temperature of a temperature sensor 16 is reached to a cooking temperature set in advance by a temperature setting unit 18, the condition is informed by a lamp 19 and a buzzer 20. The solenoid valve 5 is closed and the volume of gas is reduced to such a volume of gas as defined by a gas volume variable means 6 arranged in parallel with the solenod valve and then the cooking foodstuff 15 is heated. Adding of the foodstuff 15 to be cooked causes a temperature to be decreases, and when the temperature sensor 16 detects the temperature, the solenoid valve 5 is opened to make a gas volume to its full-opened condition and then the cooking is performed with the burner 1. |
