<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a cursor position on a display surface from being moved even if a machine body is moved at a time other than the operating time by fitting a permanent magnet to be magnetically adsorbed to a position indicating device to a plane member consisting of ferromagnetic material. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbing member is made of a permanent magnet and a supporting member 16 is made of a nonmagnetic material. At the non-operation of the position indicating device 1, the leading ends of a spherical member 3 and the supporting member 16 of a movement detecting part are slightly floated from the surface of a desk. If the operator applies external force from the upper part of the machine body 1 downwards, the supporting member 16 fixed on a seesaw member S is projected downwards and the adsorbing member 15 is floated from the surface of the desk with a slight gap. Simultaneously, the spherical member 3 contacts the surface of the desk and the machine body 1 generates a signal corresponding to the movement. Since the adsorbing member 15 is adsorbed to the magnetic body on the desk at the non-operation of the machine body 1, the machine body 1 is not moved, and even if the desk surface is inclined, the machine body 1 is not also moved.</p> |
