<p>Skylight structures or the like wherein the supporting (18) and supported (20) structural members defining the metal framework including flange formations (62,63,76,77) upon which glass panels are secured are provided with longitudinally extending drainage channel formations (68,69,73) and wherein the open ends (84) of the drainage channel formations (73) of the supported structural members (20) intersect and overlap the drainage channel formations (68,69) of the supporting structural members (18) to the extent that water collected therein is discharged into the drainage channel formations (68,69) of the supporting structural members (18) at a point remote from the inter sections thereof and wherein the structural members (18,20) are interconnected by displaceable clamping means carried by said overlapping ends (84) including a clip (87) embracing same below in the region of overlap and upon displacement upwardly engage the flange formations (62,63) of the supporting structural members (18) from below.</p> |
