<p>A first original figurine 1, hand sculpted and representing the trophy, is used in order to manufacture a first flexible mould from which a pilot-run mould comprising four figurines is produced. The four figurines then make it possible to obtain the definitive mould in which an alloy of metals of variable compositions will be cast, resulting in the trophies, these then receiving a finishing treatment by means of electrolysis. The figurine 1 is fixed on a base 2, equipped with its accessories 5, the whole assembly being placed on a support 3 made from wood and polished (waxed) with a small plate 4. <IMAGE></p> |
