<p>PURPOSE:To realize an elaborate material management without human power, by measuring the weight of material at every taking in and taking out to and from a weight measuring means to make input data, and at the same time, storing the data in a register memory according to the data items from a data input means. CONSTITUTION:A truck 19 is guided to the loading platform 15a of a truck scale 15, and the operator inserts a card CA with management items into a card inlet 6a. Then, the management items are stored in a buffer store, the signal 16 is turned to red by a main control, and the truck scale operates to store the weight measurement data in the buffer store. At the same time, the management items and the weights are displayed on the display 5 (9a-9e), and the recorded sheet is exhausted through an exhaust 7a, which is confirmed and pulled out by the operator, the signal being turned to blue. On the other hand, the weights of management items are filed in the register memory at every measurement by the main control, to realize an accurate management.</p> |
