PURPOSE:To average the use rate of trunk groups by determining the selection order of trunk groups in accordance with the number of times of actual measured value. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber's device B acquires selectively groups of trunk circuits 30-3n, the device B scans individual constitutions 60-6n of a recording means 6 through a central controller 4 by a program and selects the trunk circuit which has the lowest frequency in acquisition and tries to acquire this trunk circuit. In this case, when the circuit 30 is idle and is acquired, the device B and the circuit 30 are connected through a switch network 2, and a counter corresponding to the circuit 30 is incremented, and contents of the corresponding constitution 60 of the recording means 6 are rewritten. Thus, trunk circuits having lower frequencies in acquisition are acquired in order preferentially. |
