PURPOSE:To realize a switching information transmission system to be applied both for a wire transmission line and a radio transmission line by transmitting a switching signal to both a spare transmission line and an active transmission line to be switched. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of each one line of incoming and outgoing of an active wire transmission line between stations A and B, each one line of incoming and outgoing lines 3, 4 of an active radio transmission line, each one line of incoming and outgoing 5, 6 of a spare wire transmission line, and switching devices 7, 8 capable of switching the active transmission line and the spare transmission line. When the station B detects a fault of the incoming line 3 of the active radio transmission line and transmits a request switching the active radio transmission lines 3, 4 to spare wire transmission lines 5, 6 to the station A, the station B transmits a switching signal to the outgoing line 4 of the active radio transmission line and the outgoing line 6 of the spare wire transmission line at first. Only when the station B receives the switching signal from both the lines 4 and 6, the station A conducts the switching operation while regarding it as the presence of the switching request of the active radio transmission lines 3, 4 from the station B. |
