摘要 PURPOSE:To improve reliability of a vibration monitoring device and to make it possible to correspond to a variable speed machine, by automatically setting a warning level by process control based on the data of a key phaser, vibration waveforms, and the like, thereby monitoring the vibration. CONSTITUTION:Based on the detected pulse of a rotary mark 2, which is rotated together with a rotor 1 as a unitary body, from a key phaser 3, the number of rotation of the rotor 1 is computed by a management processor 15. With the number of rotation as an address, the normal vibration level value is read out of a speed/vibration level pattern memory 20. In the processor 15, a warning ratio constant from a setting device 16 is multiplied by the normal vibration level value and the warning level is automatically set in a signal processor 14. Meanwhile, the detected vibration waveform of the rotor 1 formed by a vibration sensor 4 is supplied to a shift resistor 13 through an A/D converter 11. The key phaser data from the key phaser 3 is applied to the shift resistor 13 through a binary counter 8 and the like. The waveform is compared with the digital vibration waveform level from the resistor 13 and the digital processing is performed. Thus the vibration is monitored highly reliably. The device can handle a variable speed machine excellently.
