PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a chip mounting part especially the deformation (warp) at an open end part by fixing the open edge of the chip mounting part to a wiring part. CONSTITUTION:A wiring substrate 31 has an E-shape and contains a chip mounting part 33 containing a chip 35 and notch parts 32a and 32b, wiring parts 34a and 34b having external connection terminals 37a and 37b respectively connected through each end. In addition, an inner coil 36 and an outer coil 37 are incorporated. A through hole 41 reaching the parts 32a and 32b is formed at an open end part 40 equal to the other end of the part 33. Furthermore through holes 43a and 43b are provided to open end parts 42a and 42b of the parts 34a and 34b respectively. After a driving coil is incorporated, a pin-shaped reinforcement plate 44 is inserted to those holes 41, 42a and 42b. Thus the parts 33, 34a and 34b are fixed with each other at the open end part. |
