PURPOSE:To readily obtain an accurate laminated core having high magnetic property by spirally machining an amorphous electromagnetic steel plate, and then punching a slot at the plate. CONSTITUTION:A strip electromagnetic plate coil 7 formed of an amorphous soft steel plate is removed in a direction of an arrow, and spirally deformed at the part of an arrow A. Then, a fully closed, i.e., a hole slot 8 and the irregular part 9 of a spiral inner periphery are punched at the part of an arrow B, and a steep plate 7 spirally formed at a resin cylinder 10 is wound and laminated in a cylindrical shape. After these steps, a rotational shaft 11 is engaged fixedly within the cylinder 10, thereby obtaining an armature core 12. According to this method, an armature core having an accurate slot shape can be obtained, and since the amorphous electromagnetic steel plate is soft, the machining can be ready. |
