MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF IGNITION COIL CASE AND CORE ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE:To form a coil case and at the same time fix a core and simplify a manufacturing process by sliding core holding rods in a top force and a bottom force for forming an ignition coil case. CONSTITUTION:A top force 9 for forming a coil case has a protruded part 10. The protruded part 10 has the 2nd guide hole 132 into which a core 6 can be inserted and the 2nd rod 142 slides in the guide hole 132. A bottom force 11 for forming the coil case has a recessed part 12. The recessed part 12 has the 1st guide hole 131 through which the core can slide and the 1st rod 141 slides in the guide hole 131. A coil housing cavity 2c is formed by coupling the top force 9 and the bottom force 11. A core holding part forming cavity 4c is formed by asending the core which are held between the rods 141, 142. A resin is poured into two cavities 2c, 4c to form a coil case.
