PURPOSE:To prolong the usable period of a filter bag greatly by partitioning the filter bag into at least two, and arranging one section area and toner suction force oppositely to each other. CONSTITUTION:Toner scraped with a brush 10 is collected to the side of the filter bag 20 by the operation of a sucking means 14 through the suction port 11-1 of a casing 11. In this case, the toner is collected principally to the side of the 1st chamber 21 of the filter bag 20 which faces the suction port 11-1. On the other hand, the banking of the toner in the 2nd chamber 22 is reduced extremly and suction air flows through the chamber 22. Consequently, the toner is collected in the chamber 21 and the suction force for the collection is compensated in the chamber 22 to make a decrease in the air capacity of suction force hard to occur on the whole of the filter bag 20, so that the high-efficiency toner collection is expected. The improvement of the efficiency reduces the bag 20 in width, and the life of a filter function is prolonged greatly when the size of the filter bag 20 is the same. |
