PURPOSE:To obtain synthetic resin molded product excellent in property, improving operating efficiency by using a simple device by heating ununiformly thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, using the heating auxiliary jig with partially different thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:The sheet 1 wound on a windup roll 2 is taken out and is held between the auxiliary heating units 4 arranged on heating plates 3, in direct contact with said auxiliary units. The sheet 1 is thermocured by the auxiliary heating unit 4 fixed on the heating plates 3. Then the recessed portion 5 of this auxiliary unit has low thermal conductivity, so temperature difference occurs between the surfaces of the sheet 1 facing to the recessed portions 5, 6, whereby the sheet 1 is ununiformly heated. Ununiformly heating is achieved nearly at two different states, and one of them is a high temperature heating process of peripheral portion and the other is a low temperature heating process of peripheral portion. The sheet 1 heated ununiformly is formed in a mold 7 composed of a male mold 7a and a female mold 7b. |
