The actuator controls the movement of front and rear Derailleurs on a bicycle. The hand grip (1) mounted coaxially to the handlebar has two cams (2,3) each respectively actuating one Derailleurs via a cable connected to a pendular beam having a roller cooperating with the profile of the cam. The cam profiles are different and distinct from each other. The cams can be in a plane orthogonal to the axis of the handgrip. The pendular beams can be mounted to pivot at their ends to extend along the cams.
