PURPOSE:To provide the titled pressure-sensitive adhesive having both excellent electrical conductivity and tack, by dispersing a conductive filler whose surface is treated with a surfactant, in a tacky emulsion. CONSTITUTION:2-200pts.wt. surfactant such as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate or polyoxyethylene lauryl ether is mixed with a conductive filler such as carbon black or metallic powder having a particle size of 50mu or below. 0.1-30vol% (based on the solid of emulsion) said filler is dispersed in a pressure-sensitive adhesive component having a glas transition point of 20 deg.C or below, such as acrylate rubber or natural rubber, in a medium such as water.
