PURPOSE:A composition having improved rubber-like properties and good processing properties, obtained by blending a specific polypropylene-vinyl chloride graft copolymer with a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride monomer is subjected to graft polymerization in the presence of a polypropylene having >=30wt% content insoluble in boiling n-heptane, and 0.1-500g/10min melt flow index in a state wherein the vinyl chloride monomer is not present as substantially liquid phase to give a polypropylene-vinyl chloride graft copolymer containing 30-90wt% vinyl chloride. 100pts.wt. of the graft copolymer is blended with 30-200pts.wt. plasticizer. The graft copolymer used is obtained by adding water medium, an oil-soluble initiator, etc., carrying out the polymerization by charging the vinyl chloride monomer while keeping a ratio of (pressure of the vinyl chloride monomer in a polymerizer)/(saturated vapor pressure of the vinyl chloride monomer) of 0.4-0.99.
