PURPOSE:To reduce a vibration by adjusting unbalance of a bending natural frequency of a crankshaft, by setting up the titled device so that a natural frequency of a damper corresponding to each of bending directions coincides with a natural frequency in each of bending directions of the crankshaft. CONSTITUTION:A dynamic damper pulley 2 and a flywheel 7 are fixed to a side end of a first pin 1a of a crankshaft 1 and a rear end of a fourth pin 1d so that they turn unitarily respectively. As for the damper 2, an external wheel 5 is arranged on a circumference of an external circumferential surface 4a of a boss part 4 having the tapered external circumferential surface expanding outward in a radial direction through an ellipse-conical damper component 6 such as a rubber material. With this construction, when the damper 2 is turned according to a rotation of the shaft 1, bending rigidity in the direction X of a pin becomes small, its natural frequency becomes low, on the one hand, the bending rigidity in the right angle direction Y of the shaft 1 becomes large, and its natural frequency becomes high, through which the natural frequency of the damper 2 and the shaft 1 coincide with each other and a vibration is reduced.
