OPERATION CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF AIR CONDITIONER SECONDARY COOLING WATER PUMP

PURPOSE:To provide a substantial reduction of loss of energy at a valve and increase the efficiency of operation of a pump by a method wherein the operation of the secondary cooling water pump is controlled so as to enable the proper temperature of the third cooling water to be kept while the specified degree of opening of the valve is kept in approximately full-opened condition. CONSTITUTION:A controller 12 receives a temperature sensing signal from a temperature sensor 9 arranged in a pipe 8 for the third cooling water (c) and adjusts the degree of opening of a valve 6 in such a way as the third cooling water (c) from the heat exchanger 2 shows a proper temperature. A micro computer 15 which received the signal for showing the degree of opening of the valve 6 from the controller 12 calculates such a pressure in the pipe 10 as the valve 6 is always opened approximately to its maximum degree of opening. In the controller 13, the set value in the micro computer 15 and a measured pressure value in the actual pipe 10 received by a pressure sensor 11 are compared, and the number of rotation of the pump 7 is set in such a way as the pressure in the pipe 10 coincides with the desired value. Such a desired number of rotation is fed into the control device 14 for the number of rotation and then the device for controlling the number of rotation 14 controls the operation of the pump 7.
