PURPOSE: An antibacterial/pesticidal soap composition free of irritation on skin and preparation method thereof that is characterized by incorporating 0.1-5.0 wt.% of garlic extract are provided. CONSTITUTION: The soap composition is prepared by (i) impregnating garlic in alginic acid solution in order to deodorize intrinsic odor of garlic, followed by crushing deodorized garlic; (ii) adding two times of water to the crushed garlic, followed by extracting it with centrifugal machine; (iii) adding 0.1-5.0 wt.% of garlic extract obtained from step 2 to conventional soap composition.
