PURPOSE:To maintain sealability for a long period of time in a stable amnner, by molding a waterproof film with liquid resin having the specified elasticity. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof film 10a installed in a connecting part between the circumference of a coil 2 and a bobbin 1 and the circumference of a terminal part 1b is molded with liquid resin having the specified elasticity, for example, epoxy resin. With this constitution, even if the bobbin repeats its thermal expension and contraction again and again, the waterproof film 10a is made favorably followable to these repetitions. Therefore, sealability is stably maintainable for a long period of time.
