PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneously absorbable preparation capable of sustainably and percutaneously absorbing an 1,2-ethanediol derivative into the body to sufficiently exert desired pharmacological effects, and having suppressed skin irritation. SOLUTION: This percutaneously absorbable preparation is obtained by directly or indirectly forming an adhesive layer having a controlled release layer on at least one side of a substrate, wherein the adhesive layer is characterized by including an adhesive and 0.5-60 wt.% 1,2-ethanediol derivative represented by general formula (1) as an active ingredient.
